Spoken by a man, who is generalising all women as the same. Are you the same as all men? Speaking for myself, I look for integrity, honesty, commitment, someone who can hold a conversation - not just small talk - with opinions on things, someone who is at least semi motivated and has some hobbies, even some small goals would be nice.
