I in no way think I am above anyone but I do need someone who is intellectually on the same level (or close to) as me. I would be super annoyed having to dumb down what I say all the time or having to constantly explain myself. Edit: I also can't deal with someone who thinks they are smarter than everyone else.

I'm on my second lender which is why I say fun with funding. There was some issue with Wells Fargo, FHA and the property itself... it was really dumb. The new lender is working to push it though as quickly as possible as I have already been in escrow for 45 days. Good news is the sellers have found a new place and are also in escrow. Hopefully I can be in by Christmas.
