i know my situation is much different, but when i was 16 i was prescribed a medicine which was later recalled because it caused heart problems, etc. I had a terrible reaction to it, but was luckier than some others. We didn't find out until reading the recall that it was intended for only adults...
The 3 pieces of advice I'd like to offer are: 1. find out how long the drug has been on the market ***only use new drugs if there aren't any other better options*** 2. if the drug is supposed to be only for adults, ***find out why its only recommended for adults & what problems might arrise from giving it to children, the side effects (for both adults and children), etc. from a reliable internet site or book*** 3. double check drug interactions using a reliable internet site or book i think in some cases, maybe having children take new drugs or drugs meant for adults must be necessary... you just have to make sure FIRST that you have explored other options if they are available good luck with everything |

Yes, I use apples and apple sauce in flax seed muffins :-) helps keep them moist & gives them a little flavor
I've also used it with stuffing... sounds weird but apple stuffing is delicious and of course homemade applesauce & apple cider are the best!!! |
