Yes, it does, but very rare. But, in today's times you have to be very careful. I was in a relationship with a covert narcissist that truly had me fooled. It ripped my heart to find out they were nothing like the person they portrayed to me. I know that sounds hard to believe. How can you be married to someone for 7 years and not know something's up until 3 years in?? Well, it happens more often that people realize. If you would have told me back then that I would be divorced from them today...I would have laughed in your face. Couples who knew us wanted to be us. So, be careful and patient when dating, don't jump into marriage too soon. Hate to sound pessimist, which I'm not, just want people to be aware cause I think good people get dooped easily cause we don't think like a narcissist. Best to all of you!!!
