There is a trial that just began for a 28 year old male that is accused of murder of a 4 month old baby. http://www.myrtlebeachonline.com/news/local/story/418500.html If this guy is guilty I think he should be immediatly taken out back and shot point blank. When a child is harmed in any manner it angers me to the core. Our judicial system sucks when it comes to matters such as this. Put him to death! (if guilty) MBD tell us how you really feel 
This is a tough one for me to call, the verdict of guilty or not guilty depends on the job performance of either the DA or Prosecutor. IMO WHAT? a man kills a baby and youre gonna leave it to the prosecutor?!?!? there is NO excuse for taking life in a situation like that. self defense is different but in a case like this i dont think he was afraid for his life... some of you ppl are sick... i agree with everyone else.. bullets are cheap, hell, unload a whole box on the bastard... God knows he deserves it In a court of law, where a man/woman is judged upon by a panel of their peers - I truly believe it comes to who does a better job. whether the district attorney or the prosecutor can sway the jury their way. Okay, this instance is totally different from the case you just cited. What the parents here are really guilty of is being stupid and unable to properly care for a child. It wasn't cold blooded murder. It wasn't someone picked up a gun and shot the child or smothered her. It was they didn't care enough to take care of her. Still horrible but that is manslaughter, not murder. It even said after the child stopped breathing they called 911 to try to save her. it was just too late. I understand that emotions are high because this was a child that died and it was a horrible and unfortunate group of events that led to this but with the way some of you people are responding is kind of mind blowing. wrong article i grabbed i guess.. regardless, these people do not deserve to live. period. |

Well I'm sure anyone and everyone would say that after the healing time is up, we're all stronger because of them.. I certainly know that first-hand after losing love also took my best friend...
I miss her so much and wish she could still be a part of my life but she's moved on with hers and chosen not to have me in it...

But if I were to agree to have him killed I'd be no better than he, a murderer. JMO its called justice, not murder at that point |

Sex outside of marriage is immoral. I don't think it should be against the law, but it is immoral. Sex outside of marriage: Spreads disease Creates single parents Breaks hearts Raises the divorce rate Increases poverty Increases the number of abortions There is absolutely no social advantage to pre-marital or extra-marital sex. It's a personal decision, but there is definitely a correct choice. i disagree. i dont think its immoral... i guess this, among other things, would explain why im not deeply religious... i find it hard to believe that something as insignificant as sex before marriage is such a big deal to some ppl... dont we all have more important things to worry about? Read that list and tell me honestly if pre-marital sex doesn't cause them. that wasnt my side, i disagreed with it causing all those things |

I think killing him right away is not the right thing to do. He needs to suffer for a few days. Pull his finger nails out. Cut off a toe or two. Rip off his nose. Put a toothpick in his eye.......suffering is the only solution for baby killers. I agree, but I would add more personal flares, too, like testicular extraction through the nostrils. hahahhaha |

hell yea! i have no problem going with ppl i dont know! if we've got something in common i always have a good time... like the blake shelton/steve holy concert at the casino up here... i was with this girl for three years, we broke up, and then started talking again... well i asked if she wanted to go so she said yea and when we got there she got all psycho because i was talking to a girl at a machine next to us and i was like "whoa" we arent together anymore remember...? lol... so i ended up taking the girl that i had known for about 30 mins...
