We are expanding one of our banners into new territory (Philly). Opening up 16 stores in 8 weeks...7 down and 9 to go. Of course that's after working all year on plans, approvals, permitting, planning & Zoning, landlord negotiations and construction. Then next year, I get to start all over again.

I wish the owners of my company were out of the country... Of course now it will be 3 companies and possibly 4 by next March not including the side company that I consult for... Technically that was a misstatement on my part - we are a publically traded company so the owners are technically the stock holders. |

Believe, I do understand - been there, done that. And when you truly come to your wit's end, you will find a solution.
I've often said I prioritize by who I don't want to piss off....because somebody is gonna be. |

Then find someone who is capable - and if necessary replace those who are not.

Get some help - delegate. Quit trying to everything yourself.

You find away - if not the result is burn out. Once that happens you work twice as hard to get half as much done.
