Drop cord - or - extension cord. It wasn't the components, it was electrical.

I give alot of credit to the firemen, they heard the ammo cooking off and still went in and controlled the fire.
Thank goodness that full belt of 30 cal machine gun ammo - with tracers - didn't go off...that could have been bad. |

Trying to recover from a pretty bad weekend....
My daughter woke me up at 5 am Friday because Firetrucks were in front of my parents house. That happens when things catch on fire.... They're OK, most of the house is OK.... But the fire (drop cord) took out the reloading room & trophy room. Having a room full of rifle powder and live ammo go up in smoke makes for an interesting morning. |

If we could all get in here at the same time we'd be rowdy every day but we seem to be living lives.. Oh after next week I'll be on a lot me so I hope my good friends will spend some time with me...

The Grand Opening is on Oct. 1, which is a Wednesday. So I'll pick them up from school - maybe a little early - and drive down Wed aftrnoon. Probably have then back in school Monday - Tuesday at the latest. So they'll only miss 2 - 3 days.

That's my favorite time to go. It's still warm (70's & 80's), less crowd, and the fishing ROCKS!!!

I know - but in October I have a project that finishes up, and I already told my boss I'm going to the Grand Opening then I'm going on vacation.
It's a new concept store and from time of property aquisition to grand opening was 6 months - that was for design, permitting, and construction. |

That's where I should have my butt kicked - I can leave the house and be standing in saltwater in 4 - 5 hours. I just don't take the time....
