When i am out at the bar i have a hard time letting a guy buy me a drink just cuz so many think they should get something in return. I think that if a guy asks u out they should pay and same vice a versa. But when ur dating there is nothing wrong with going dutch or coming up with some agreement such as if its the girls idea she pays and if its the guys idea he pays. This is something I noticed on the rare occasion I go out with friends to a bar. Some of my girlfriends think it's ok for men to buy them drinks and not at least say thank you. A couple will even flirt with men they aren't interested in just to get a free drink. I always offer to pay if it was my idea. If it was a shared idea I will offer to go dutch or say a sincere thank you if he insists on paying. Oh yeah i have friends that will go out with no money and have guys buy them all their drinks. That i so don't agree with... |

i could say that some men are offended by women that make more money then them cuz they know that the woman doesn't have to depend on the man. Even though times have changed, the inner self of men haven't. They want to be the bread winner and to be able to take care of the woman...Not that there aren't gold diggers out there, but there are a lot of us women out there that don't really need a man for their money..

Well lets think about it. If he lost a civil suit against him, then there was enough evidence. It was just that a few cops screwed up at the site so they couldn't convict him. Lets be honest if that was u or i, we would be locked up and no one would even hear or care about our trial.
So now he was found guilty so he will have to pay the price. |

Obama wants to pull out of Iraq and blow Afghanistan off the map. and then take the money that funds the Iraq war and spend it on his "new and improved NEW DEAL" free lunch programs. He is not going to listen to feeding poor people with public funds. He sin't going to even acknowledge that government spending must be reined in. McCain does. But he's an old idiot in the way, huh? no, nobomba has you back. just lean back and watch him catch you.

I feel so sorry for the families who have lost their homes and struggling to raise familes. Many of my friends are in this position. 
However, what about the people who are single and struggling? I've been out of work since January and in Yonkers, NY the layoffs are rising, property taxes are going up another 7% (after a 15% increase just this year). I was raised to remember that other people have it worse than I do -- but the truth is I'm struggling to pay my rent, eat, pay for electric and heat, and to keep my 12 yr old car; and I have no health insurance. It sucks and it really is scary to be in this position. Some people in this election really need to be in our position and see what the reality of the "struggling working class people" go through each day just to survive. I totally agree, can u imagine between the two candiates how much money the american people could have to help them out? |

There are so many people in our own country that are starving and out of jobs and money. What do u think about cutting the money that u spend on the campaign and give to our fellow americans that truly need the money?
I really would love to have someone bring that up. Its just sickening the amt of money they raise and spend on bashing each other when there are so many people that can't even make their house payment or buy groceries |
