INSTANT MESSAGE/CHAT does not work at all it does nothing when i use it this is frustrating why when they claim they have free im messaging does it not work at all plz do something about this situation and advise

no it does not its bs once in a while u can get lucky and it will work for one or two messages if u want to wait an hour for it to send but dont count on it
