Have you guys watched alot of good stuff on Netflix lately???I just started watching Blackmirror and wow I'm slowly becoming more and more obsessed I think it's freakish awesome.....and have either of you played for account on here just trying to figure out if I should get it out of boredom now and completely forget about it months later haha fill me up

With ask this corona going on figured it's time to do some at home workouts only issue is I don't really know what I'm supposed to be doing to get certain goals do have a small weight set and elastic bands I've seen countless videos on YouTube countless different exercises yada yada yada I want my butt to get bigger thicker thighs and be more defined as well any help would greatly be appreciated
