That was a hell of a good card! Lesnar got lucky and tagged Couture and even tho Couture wasnt out it got stopped after he had started getting control of Lesnar's arm. Randy definitely came ready to fight and showed it when he started man-handling Lesnar around the fence. the rest of the fights were damn good too especially the Florian fight, and Dos Anos getting rocked by that uppercut. 
i'm tired of people doubting Lesnar because of WWE. he was an NCAA wrestling champion, that's got to say something about the man's ability to fight! and i don't know what you were watching but lesnar did not "get lucky" randy wasn't retaliating at all and so the fight had to stop. lesnar would have beat mir as well if he hadn't gotten all excited and allowed himself to get leg locked. i am not trying to discredit any of the guys brock has fought, but he is going to be a power to be reckoned with. mir won't beat him again, and after this fight i'm doubting noguera would be able to do anything better than couture. the man is an athletic beast the likes of which mma has never seen before. with better striking he will be unstoppable. |

only an out of touch person wouldn't realize that 80% of small businesses make much more than a quarter million dollars annually, and so yes the story does apply because many small businesses are restaurants. you guys are idiots for believing this is only going to touch the wealthy. this tax hike will touch all of us. prices will raise in every market because business owners everywhere will be affected by this. i think the moral of the story is this: i pay taxes not because i think it's the patriotic thing to do (thanks anyway joe biden). i pay so that i remain a law abiding citizen and i don't want to suffer tghe consequences of not paying. IF I CHOOSE TO GIVE TO THOSE LESS FORTUNATE IT SHOULD BE MY CHOICE!!!!! I DO NOT WORK HARD TO PAY THE BILLS FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T!!!!  You DON'T, and you WON'T, but you DO live in the same society.
that just shows how little you really know about this plan. the small business that i work for brings in a lot more than $250,000 annually. it will effect me. it will effect you. it will effect the farmers that make your food. it will effect the store you purchase it from. it will effect the gas station you fill up at. i promise you it will affect you. and then will come the 'i told you so'. |

Dear liberals, democrats and anyone else who has drank the bitter cup of the Obama koolaid,
Has anyone noticed that the only thing obama campaigns about is economic reform, but has totally sidestepped his social policies? why is that? perhaps because he knows that if it is highlighted that he can't possibly win the election. i thought i would take a moment to hit one of the real 'highlights' of his policy and that is infanticide, or the killing of infants. no we are not talking about abortion here, these children are already born. obama believes that you should have a 45 day 'grace period' (i find that phrase very ironic in this context) to decide whether or not your child will be allowed to live. if you decide not to, then the child is allowed to die, via starvation, dehydration, exposure etc. this is not propaganda it's not a lie, it's the truth and really something you should look in to. is the change america needs really killing babies? is that the change that you guys are looking forward too? next time i'll talk about obama's policy "spreading the wealth". in the mean time it looks like many of you have some hard thinking to do. |

He was born in Hawaii. No he hasn't! There are lawsuits against him currently pending in several states saying he is not a citizen of the country and therefore can't be president! they wouldn't be there if he had shown his birth certificate, but so far he has refused! for the love of God, check your facts, do your research on this guy. your vote counts, and if you don't look up the facts for yourself you are throwing it away! I personally am not crazy about mccain. he has flaws that i see and don't like, and wasn't my candidate during the primaries, but given the choice that we are presented with, he is the better of the two. at least he would pass a CIA background check which is more than what we can say for obama. I have checked the facts. Look it up on Factfind and/or Snopes. Anybody can file a lawsuit! yes anyone can file a lawsuit, but only valid suits will receive a court date and not be thrown out. none of the suits have been thrown out yet! if obama showed his birth certificate they would be! we are waiting on a simple fix here! |

He was born in Hawaii. What you are saying about healthcare shows me lack of empathy and altruism. Helping those less fortunate is what has made our country so great! Obama never said that if we don't vote for him that we are racist and hate filled. 
being given a mandate to pay for someone else's healthcare shows neither empathy nor altruism. if you want to show those things via the healthcare system, you can feel free to show up to the E.R. on a daily basis and foot someones bill. when someone forces you by law to do something for someone else that via legislation that is not altruistic, that is obeying the law. altruism is making a personal choice to do something good seeking no reward for yourself, and you don't need obama to make a law in order to do it! what made this country great was people in tough circumstances doing the best they could with what they had for themselves. |

I always think that it's hilarious when people cite the "failed republican policies". guess what: the house and senate are under democratic control. bush can't do all of this by himself without the cooperation of democrats! additionally if you want to find fault for the current economic times look at the democratic candidate for president. yes good old obama while being a community organizer through ACORN sued and pressured banks into making sub prime loans to people who could never afford to pay it off. they called banks racist if they didn't offer loans to people who didn't qualify. additionally, joe bidens son is a bank/credit lobbyist to whom obama earmarked 3 million dollars recently. if you are trying to find corruption first look to your own party and fix that before you try and work over the rest of the world. and about healthcare: massachusets has tried this whole government sponsored healthcare thing and here is how that went. family doctors with a relatively small patient pool have been forced to take on more patients than they want to by stste mandate. in order to get just a regular physical the waitlist is a year long. and to that huge number they give about people who don't have health insurance, approximately 70% of them qualify for medicare or medicaid and haven't taken it. if you think that the government taking over everything and making decisions for the people is the answer, you don't belong in america, so please do leave if mccain wins, it will be a much happier place without you. people need to stop looking for handouts and start doing for themselves. The Democrats have only had the house for 2 yrs. Bush started 6 years before that. I like Obama's healthcare plan better than McCain's. Nobody is looking for a hand-out. It comes out cheaper in the long run if the insured working people have medical. When people don't go to the doctor and wait until they are very sick and go to the ER, we pay for it. we also will pay for the uninsure non working people. you see universal healthcare doesn't mean just working people, it means everyone. and i don't see how spending tax dollars on healthcare makes anything cheaper. you guys really need to stop drinking the kool-aid that they give you at those obama rallies. the brain washed chants and almost recording like policy regurgitation is sickening. obama won't even show a copy of his birth certificate, you don't see anything wrong with that? he's good friends with anti american unrepentant terrorists. is that ok too? his wife said just a few months ago that this is the first time in her life that she has been proud to be an american (only because her husband got the presidential nomination). before that we were just a mean, hate filled country. i don't want the leader of my country to believe that! america is the best country on earth still, yes it has potential to be even better, but i want a president who believes in the good of the country instead of saying that unless we elect him we are mean racist and hate filled. that is nothing short of trying to manipulate the people via guilt. |
