Yogurt, Turkey and cheese on wheat or rye, tuna, scrambled eggs, peanut butter with just a small amount of jelly on wheat...i usually toast wheat bread in the morning and put peanut butter on it...

Thanks for the great ideas. My son and I have decided to take her to the beach tomorrow, and then out to dinner. My son painted her a picture on canvas, and I framed it, and we made her a special card.
