I am one hour south of Tulsa...and I won't be traveling for a few more years either...I still have a 13 yr. old daughter at home...but, I am a nurse and there are jobs that contract nurses to travel all over....family welcome to go!!! Lol...I think Hawaii is going to be my first stop.

Thanks for all the commments. Looks like most all are very positive. Guess my main problem is "location" and in some cases "age"..and I understand both of those reason. So at least I have hope! Thank you all for that! It makes it easier to hang in there knowing there is actual "logical" reasons of why I have not been able to find that special someone yet...maybe its time to move??? Oklahoma is nice this time of year!

It does go 2 ways, I was talking to a guy, he was calling in the mornings before I went to work, on my lunch hour and after work...was supposed to meet on Sat. the weather turned nasty, changed meeting to Sun. and it never happened. He has not called or returned my call since we changed the plan for Sun.
It makes me feel very ugly and like I have done something wrong...he could have just told me he changed his mind instead of making me wonder. I would have not just left anyone hanging.... |
