Because many people do not know what love is/ means. It's not a feeling - you do not "FALL" in love. That's affection. Love is what you do with that (feeling or no feeling), it's a commitment to someone else. That's why so many couples call it quits at the first onset when that "feeling" (affection) subsides, because the trials of life stream in and they get overwhelmed. Then you hear: - well, we just "fell out" of love - If you do not fall "IN" love you cannot fall "out" of love, quite simple...
