you do it in three ways. 1. use adobe acrobet xi pro. click on image tool. you will get many option there for editing. if you want to write choose. add text. for image use add image. 2. convert the pdf into word and edit then convert it into pdf. 3 use I lovepdf.com if it is passward protected. breake the passward and use it acordingly.
