How often do you eat out in a week? Earlier this year I started to keep track of it for myself and my family and was shocked at how much we relied on food not made at home. And, at how much money I was spending on it. Yes, fast food can be pretty cheap, but with some planning, eating at home can be cheaper.

With the food prices (and gas prices) so high now (and probably going higher) it's something to think about.
