Well, I had parents who had a 27 years difference in age, and worked it out well for 17 years. They had their difficulties due to many factors, but none of them (or very few) were based on the fact that they were nearly 3 decades apart. I also have an uncle in a relationship of the same age difference (talk about coincidence!) What I noticed from them in opposition of my parents, is that the older the youngest person in the couple is, the more the couple's relationship seems to be accepted socially.
