Ah love...
true the pleasure is hard to elude,
however...
allow me this thought without sounding rude.

Love most certainly does burn so slow and smooth,
but doesn't come in packs, as cigarettes often do.
It's just hard to find, or should I say see,
'cause more often than not it's right at your feet.
The downfall of what we often feel, I hate to say,
is merely that it's not felt from the other way.
We call it Love and believe it to be true,
sometimes blind to weather the other half do.
So next time you fell as though you can't elude,
maybe...
just maybe...
it's love that eludes you.
