It has to be the most expensive way to travel. It is unreliable, unclean and the staff are unhelpful. Train travel in the UK is dire. Coach travel is cheaper. Flights from one city to another is (or can be even cheaper) Generally the UK is not good for public transport How dire is dire? I will be leaving for England in a about a month and a half and have been considering the best way to get around. How is train travel in the rest of Europe? I will be in Europe for three months before heading to other parts of the world. Any tips on getting around are most welcome. I was thinking of getting the global pass for the rest of Europe though I understand that the UK isn't covered by that pass. |

If you have that much to hide, maybe you should try cloakanddaggerdatingsite.com No, nothing to hide Hiker I had merely posted an inquiry for moderators that required a simple yes or no response. I'm not sure how it was taken so out of context by people. |

EVERYTHING I've posted... everything... yeesh Kind of takes a person by suprise huh! Wiley is right about it being the internet but you would think that a more personal forum like dating would have a few more control options on them. |

I will give it some time to hear from the forum moderators or the people who maintain the site and see what they have to say. I don't know if I will stay on this site though given that is has no privacy or control over who can access a profile. I will probably use another site that takes privacy and security more serious. Its a bit creepy! You get what you pay for. I haven't seen any free sites that can't be googled. On the contrary, I am a memeber of another free site that is private and doesn't come up in a google search. Your right though it is a free site. Its not the end of the world or anything, I just kind of feel that people have a right to know that statements they make here are available to ex's, bosses and other people they may not want to have watching them. I guess its a matter of keeping your online handle private. |

google "wiley8425" Lots of forums are public and I realize this but in a medium where we give more personal insight into out identity such as hometowns age and photos, you would think it would have some security. Not to mention relaxing with our personality more with regards to jobs and things like that. Other dating sites maintain a level of privacy for their members. |

It kind of makes the whole block user thing kind of an empty gesture don't you think? It is a pretty big breach in privacy! The reason I ask is I recently had a problem with somebody nosing about in my life when they weren't welcome. Not cool at all!

Why are my forum posts and my profile accessible through google? I had figured that forums and profiles were available only to members as is the case with other sites. I don't really care for that to much. Is there any ways to change it?

Don't want to be rude, but Metalica?? F'n hell man. I think they have pretty much been consigned to the pages of history.. along with Abe Lincoln and all that lot. Get over it. Not consigned to the pages of history yet! just in rehab for bit! |

I think their music is still good, but it's not the Metallica I knew and loved when I was a kid. I don't own or listen to anything after the black album. They're still technically a great band, but they're just not my style these days. After they changed, it confirmed to me that I like Testament better. :) ...and if you like Testament, check out Susperia. They're F'n sweet. Testament rocks too! |

Really? This again? Metallica sold out. Metallica lost me as a fan after the black album. James Hetfield was like Samson.. his hair was cut and he lost his gift. They really were rude about the whole Napster issue. Tons of people were buying their music AND downloading it and they always had tons of revenue but they were super greedy anyway. Simply they just suck now. I'll still listen to the stuff of the old days, but only every once in a while. I sure am tired of people asking about this, but we all have our turn, I guess. There's my 2 cents. I hear you on the Napster thing. If they want to be cranky about royalties, then I figure they owe me at least a hundred bucks for each time the record company switched formats. I have bought master of puppets at leats 10 times. I don't think they sold out though. I have played guitar for almost 20 years now and I understand when they say they are looking for something new. I get tired of jamming the same tracks over and over too. Try Singing the same song over and over say about a million times and you will look for something new as well. The problem is St Anger should have never been released. They should have played the bay area clubs and checked how people liked the new material before releasing it to the masses! |

Sorry but I used to be a huge Metallica Fan..I even play all their older songs on my guitar..but umm I have to admit they have started to increasingly started sucking..that ST Anger Album just blew..I think alot has to do w/ management though. Thats exactly my point. St Anger was all the other band members sticking their noses into the writing. I hear you on playing all the old songs on guitar but its not James anymore. Its the influence of Bon Jovi Producer Bob Rock! That should be the first clue! James still kicks ass! |

I'm tired of people bashing on what happened to Metallica. Metallica does not suck! James is just muzzled by other band mates that want to try and write music. Whats your take on what happened to Metallica?
