I keep getting emails that someone is interested in meeting me. Then, when I log on, it doesn't give me the match or give me my mail. What can you do to fix this?

I keep getting emails that I have people interested in meeting me through Mutual Match but when I log onto the site, it tells me I have no mail and no matches. What's wrong?

I am being notified via email on a daily basis of people who are interested in meeting me through mutual match. Then when I enter the site, it informs me there are no mutual matches. Do I need to do something to get this to work other than click on the mutual match link? Also, the site is not showing me my new mail when I am notified again notified that I have mail. It's only when I delete a mail or punch a lot of buttons in the site that it works.
