I can't private message you so I hope you can read my message!

James here from the Philippines and I find your profile or you in General, very interesting as I think we both want to learn more about the mysteries of life and the cosmos! I am lucky to have started questioning things early and I have started from asking things on the outside, like what is life or what's the purpose of life to inquiring from within, "who am I".

These questions led me to study and learn things like Psychology, spirituality, Philosophy, literature and more.

One of the things that I found to be the Truth, is what the great masters of Religions, and the great poets and beings, have taught us and lived by. These are the teachings of love, compassion, of Wisdom. And so one of the greatest things in our lives, the greatest development, is self development, spiritual development. The gems these masters have shown has ever been relevant as today, as we are totally living in a world where many people are trapped in ignorance, of materialism, and in spiritual malady, and these causes chaos or what we call evil things. So it's really good to stay on this path of self development, of self remembering. This is one of the greatest/advance meditation, which is to remember and observe oneself every moment as possible, otherwise we would fall from the path and be in ignorance.

So that's it for now. I'm sorry I typed long message to you. That's basically what I have experienced and realized in my life so far and there is more to learn and to practice. I'm James from The Philippines and our country is mostly catholic country. So when you say the word Religion, the majority would think of it as only "Christianity " and never regard other nor explore other Great religions. Man, if they can only see the Beauty and wisdom found in other Religion and not to have their minds limited, and worst brainwashed by these organized religion, would make them live an authentic spiritual life and not merely the self professed Christian who goes to Church on sunday and then later judges her neighbors and behaved as though never learned/Practice what Christ taught!

Our many psychological "I's" or "ego's" is not one but they're legion if we look within ourselves. Many competing desires that wants to become the king of our body, that wants to rule our kingdom. They are the demons that we have inside. Lust, greed, anger, envy pride etc. We must meditate constantly to observe and remember ourselves, to be constantly awake. We must be conscious of what we are doing and see if it's pure or utilized by an ego.

"The ego is a multiplicity of contradictory psychological elements that we have inside, and are in their sum, the "ego". Each one is also called "an ego" or an "I." Every ego is a psychological defect ..."

Every Psychological defects must be actualized and burn into cosmic dust. We must constantly remember ourselves, we must remember and pray for God to help us. Every impurities that we have must be purified by the power of God. Be awake! May all beings be Happy!

Why would we become enraged to a person that is angry to us? Why can't we see that that person is already suffering and what we are doing is we are just adding up to their suffering? We are judging and hating them not knowing the reasons of why they are that way. Let's Take time to understand them and love them instead. Don't just react so quickly. Know that they are deluded by their anger. It's better to love them instead of making them worse. Be compassionate about these kind of person who's blinded by such things that causes suffering. You can't extinguish a fire by adding more fire to it.
