I saw the surgeon the other day and she sent me to a radiologist/surgeon, in hopes of doing a less invasive procedure and sparing more of the tissue.

Yesterday, we went into Manhattan to Memorial Sloane Kettering and they wanted almost $3,000. just to look at films, do a couple more, give an opinion and a brief exam. I had to walk out with nothing, while still owing most of that money....because they said they could tell me nothing more if I didn't take more x-rays. The 3 sets I brought in were not good enough for them to look at, even though 3 other radiologists and another surgeon said nothing wrong about the films or images.

I am heartbroken and scared.

The doctors say it could go any way. There is a 50% chance it could be breast cancer, according to one surgeon.

Please keep me and my 9-year-old in your prayers. I am all he has.
