I'm thankful because I was born in a wonderful country with freedom of choice, enough food, good jobs and right to love and adore my saviour. I am thankful because Jesus died on the cross saving me from my certain designation of destruction...and allowing me to live a life of Joy and Peace even when cirumstances seem like I should not be joyful and peaceful. I am thankful for my beautiful children, that the sun comes up each day and for Coffee - because otherwise I might not go sit on my back porch for a long deep drink of coffee while I enjoy the sun going up. I am thankful for wild flowers in the dessert because it reminds me how even in deserted places, beautiful things are found beause God loves us that much!
