I've just watched the greatest movie I've ever seen. PATCH ADAMS. I've never been the type to really watch a movie and feel moved but I can't help but feel obligated to make someones day a bit better.

our perimeter defenders are very good esp when we have mcgee, smith, and williams on the court not to mention the length of clark who can play some hella help d... and i think padgett is a good enough defender to give hansbourgh some trouble...
but some trouble for hansbourgh is still a 18pt 10+reb game... if we can contain him and take everyone else out of the equation we can score with the best of em on anygiven night inside or out i think tylers gonna sit down for awhile with a few fouls cause hes not gonna be able to handle big DC in the paint alone and not get some fouls on him like i said... its gonna be fun to watch

Everyone is blaming the media, etc...for setting what people should weigh...try looking at a medical site for recommended weight for your height and age. You should be a healthy weight so your heart doesn't have to strain to pump blood through a bunch of fat...not to mention high cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, etc. I think people don't want to take responsibility for their failure to keep any of it under control. yea but im 21 5'10 287 well over any height and healthy weight scale but i have perfect blood pressure, and normal cholesterol... those charts are full of it, the doctor says as long as im active and continue my routine i should be fine |
