We had a thunder and lightining storm, the first I can remember in a couple of years, even a fair amount of hail. The news said the wind got to gusts of 50 mph. North of Seattle got it worse, power outages, may get up to 12 inches of snow on the mountain passes, etc. They also said the first week of June here was the coldest one in history since 1890 - now that IS something to brag about.   We have been hanging in the 50s to 60s here and raining mostly.
Sorry you are cooking there Steve. Hope the heat wave breaks soon. Sullivan - I hope your flooding stops soon and no one in your family loses any property, etc. thanks yea luckily my family lives in louisville |

I live in Indianapolis, IN and we have to have the worst weather in the US right now. We've had severe thunder storm warnings, flash flood warnings, and hail warnings all today. Not to mention these seems to happen about everyother day or so up here. So if for any reason you were considering moving to Indianapolis for a job or a change of scenery.... DONT thank you and have a swell day. Im going to throw on my scuba gear and attempt to goto work. ya I live in indy too... and at least we get some sunshine between the flash floods... 
and I stayed at the pool till I saw lightning at 4pm... its raining and kinda icky out right now.. actually good fishing weather I bet.. BUT it WILL be sunny tommorrow!!! lol good fishing weather... i think i ran over a cat fish on my way home earlier that and on 71st st there was a tree on fire and my dudes chimney blew off his house i miss louisville |

the triple digits... thats ruff but if theres a drought that means it cant be to humid its like mid to upper 80's i think up here with the rain so its humid as **** too so a trade maybe in order

I planned on sleeping in this morning, but woke up at 6. I did stay in bed for about 30 minutes hoping I would go back to sleep, but it wasn't happening. same here i got up and was like f**k this trash and i tried to roll over and go back to sleep but that was a big negative |

I got up a little earlier than the sun today... I try to get up in the mornings- but this is early for me. 
im not quite the morning person but it was pretty cool this morning it felt good so me and the roomies sat out on the balcony and watched the sun come up listening to some music... it was pretty cool |

oh sorry for the work that should be against the law or something... lol i used to have to work on sudays when i was a bill collector and it was horriable thank goodness I don't work every Sunday...off every other weekend, but it still sucks!!!! Working in Health care doesn't have the perks of a Mon - Fri schedule....God I wish 
ahh... no i guess not but hey... being a package handler at fedex does lol might be a slight pay cut but hey... its mon-fri |
