Meditation

Most of us have many thought streams running thru our minds. Some ego related, some anxiety/fear related....and then there are the ones that are calm, rational, and encourage us towards positive action, trusting ourselves, and considering others and our impact in the world. Those are the thoughts/voices/instincts you wanna start trying to identify and focus on.

When I started I had such a sea of anxious fearful self-talk in my head it was hard to pick out the calm rational thoughts. It gets much easier with practice identifying and dismissing the fearful clutter in our minds

This is just a starting point but I’m sure if you start focusing on these higher thought streams you will find your path
