The hardest thing i have had to do was watching my daughter deliver her still born son, and helping her make arrangements to have him creamated.

Is it the burner on a stove?

Is it also something to do with summer? . . Is it a BBQ?

Good Morning Everyone. :) I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your wonderful support. I thought since its been almost a year I would share some of my non-scale victories with you. . . . Before i could barley walk or stand and had to use an electric scooter when i went places like the grocery store. Now i I can walk half a mile with out stoping and can stand 20 to 30 minutes. I can wear a seat belt with out an extender with room left over. I can tie my shoes, I started out wearing a 5X now im in a 3X and they are getting baggy. :) and best of all . . I feel 100% better about myself, and i feel so much healthier. so thanks again. I love you all.

Swimming is going great. :) . .I love the water, and the hot AZ weather makes it feel that much better. I have started monitoring my weight once a week from home. I weighed in today . . .308!!!
