How do you handle stress?

Aromatherapy bath with soothing music. Close my eyes while in the bath repeating a positive affirmation in my mind until all other thoughts are quiet. Then, I use breathing exercises to calm myself more and try to visualize myself in a place that comforts me (near the ocean, in the woods with nature, etc) to help quiet my mind completely. Though, I ask for help from my higher power. Takes practice!

Go Packers! Glad they won against the Vikings..:p Though, I love the home team St. Louis Rams as well. This is my first time in the forum, but wanted to say welcome!
