It means it's time to change or add to what you already have. This happens to us all. As in a relationship need to keep the profile fresh and updated. This includes pictures.

When I view a profile I look to see if the guy is seeking the same type relationship as I. Also. That he has similar interests. Nothing worse than sitting across from someone and there is nothing to talk about.

You might want to re-take your pics under a better lighting. A full body shot is always good. You may need to find a full length mirror if you do a selfie pic.
