I've been married to 2 alcoholics, 1 still drinks,1 is recovering. The recovering one took a lot of heat when he quit drinking from his ol' pals but once they realized he was serious about his choice to quit they were very supportive and happy for him. Alcohol can be toxic to some people and I think it is very unfair and uncaring for a person to entice another to drink especially not knowing what reactions could take place. One can have a great time being out w/the crowd and stay sober and it's so much nicer in the morning to remember what you did or didn't do, lol.

Never lost my voice yet from laughing but have laughed sooo hard that I was crying and gasping for air:) Ya know, the kind of laugh that makes your sides hurt......love it!
