I get responses from women who are not in the age range I find attractive, not among the body styles I find attractive, not in my area, etc (And frankly I don't get many of those). And when someone local who is on the fringes of what I am looking for notices my profile, she's uninterested within moments of any correspondence between us.
What gives? Is it that I am a single dad of two kids? Do women actually get turned off by this real-life trait of the 'Nice guy', the considerate, compassionate fellow with a good head on his shoulders, love for the people in his life, care and concern, responsibility and integrity; you know - the stuff people say they are looking for in their potential mates? Is it that when they actually see it in a man, they are bored stiff? |
