I would lay with my Daughter in her bed until she fell asleep... then I started telling her I would only be there until she was asleep.. then I would be there until she almost fell asleep. then it was the tuck in and chats until it's now just tuck ins...no matter what it is you choose, it's going to be hard work... it's the price you pay for being a loving and patient parent...
