i wore this dress to my friends wedding. I thought i looked pretty... But not ONE person asked me to dance. I sat at the reject table by myself. Now i just feel kinda down. Unwanted. Unloved. Unattractive.

she seems to be getting better. I haven.t felt like she is bad enough to call the doctor. She has been fine after i give her gas drops and let her fall asleep on my chest. If things get worse i will call the doc. And thank you everyone for all your advice and knowledge.

thank you all so much. I can't begin to explain how thankful i am. I just started her on gas drops and i'm going to try gas and fussiness formula and see if that helps. If she is miserable tomorrow i'll make an apt. Again, you all were so helpful.

she is 5 weeks old now. And starting yesterday she began crying all the time. I don't think it's colic because she finally falls asleep. But she wants to eat all the time and just never really happy when she is awake.

first of all congratulations! I had my daughter 3 weeks ago! She came early. But i agree with dani. Go with your instincts. Alot comes naturally. Do what you feel is best and not what you read online or in books, though they can be a good start if you are unsure. If you ever question always ask the doctor. I'm a first time mommy and i haven.t had many problems that i didn't overcome. For instance breastfeeding, i have to do both that and formula so she gains well. Also i let her sleep in bed with me. It's easier for me. But doctors and books tell you not to. You'll just know what's best as you go. You'll love being a daddy. :)

she is very tiny. She was born 6 pounds and 3 ounces. On friday she made it to 6 pounds and 11 ounces.

i do agree, she is my best friend. I just feel the need to talk to someone. She is only 3 weeks old and can't talk back or even look at me long enough lol. I just need adult interaction.
