I would say, if it's too the point of looking outside of ones relationship for what ever, should just break off before cheating...It makes easier on the others you and your other... I have been in a marriage for 27 yrs, It was very tough for me to end the marriage because it was...Killing both of us, very high blood pressure...My wife said she wasn't a quiter and I told her I wasn't going Die..When health is a factor, you must listen....So we now know the marriage has run its course and we must part, but I want her to stay my best friend...Alway remember when in a relationship it's more than one person, please think of more than yourself...!
