I design & develop sites for a living, and while lots of people say "it's easy" there's so much more to it than you might think. For any given site I use between 3-5+ programming languages, then again I'm a professional & never use programs to generate my code, but if you are going to use any program I'd suggest Dreamweaver, & if you're smart you can get it for free :)

Weigh your options: Pay a professional, dedicate thousands of hours to learning how to do it the right way, or be okay with a junk site(there's no shortage of them)
