If you feel you should go do it. Go be your instinct. Is he seeing someone else thats why he is tired. It sounds like he is comfortable when he comes over but if it is a habit look into it.

trust is a hard thing to rebuild. When a mate cheats on you after 22 years of marriage, it hurts and you can't regain that trust with him or anyone. That new person has to build your trust. Believe me it is hard. Not easy to find someone you can trust.
