Perhaps some guys recognize the endearing power or strength of witchy women. I.e.-->you can be however you need to be, at any moment. It does not mean that you aren't devoted and loving when you have the right person. Just that you fight your own battles. Which is HOT as can be!  
thats really a smart thing to say though. and in my case very true.

As someone already said..it's about the challenge. They want what they can't have...or they want to prove to their friends that they can get what their friends don't think they can. But if that's the case it's only for a hit-quit-it scenerio most often. That and when a girl is b!tchy is shows she has a little confidence in who she is as well. But if the guy is looking for something more serious, he'll look for a nice-girl. I'm sure the same holds true with girls as well. i think that makes perfect sense
