That's correct, According to Islam, The child of Muslim parents can't choose another religion. I have seen just some exception in Nigeria. but Muslims don't think so. Some extremists in Al-qaeda and ... belive to death penalty to converted people. but in general muslims don't believe so.

it really depend on which part of Belgium you are speaking about. if you are in big cities like Leuven or Brussels always you will find somebody to talk with or have talk or drink or whatever. but if you go to small cities like Hasselt or sintruiden or ... you will find it so boreing because people there are afraid of foreigners.
