God's gift to women would have to be the strength and percervierance to put up with our dumb man selves...
OR.. it could be chocolate...

flaky and desperate and confident are all states of mind...

Independent? hell yes. anyone can achieve that all they have to do is claim responsibility for themselves.

Nicole didn't care what size the town/city, she waved at everybody every time she crossed the street and they always smiled and waved back, no matter what kind of car they drove. Something about a little princess bedecked in a crown and gown waving at you while holding her mommy's hand and walking across the street with a big cheesy grin makes people smile and wave. Kinda makes your day a little brighter, don't ya think?

What a beautiful picture you paint :)

I can understand your tears and my heart and prayers are with you that you soon reunite with your daughter.
I saw your profile and she is indeed beautiful, like her mother...

I do not fully relate to you missing your heart a half a world away, for my youngest (now 12) is only miles away. But, I do not see her as often as I want, which is every day..
We did have distance between us often though throughout our lives and since splitting up with my ex two years ago we have had a city or half a country dividing us...
Her solution was two stuffed dogs. I have one and her the other... I take mine everywhere I go and so does she. I sleep better too..
Maybe that would help you a little bit... or maybe I just showed the world what a dork I am for nothing hahahh :)

I am still here because I made four children with two ex wives, and now have one grand baby too :)
I always liked it here, once I got over the initial culture shock of it.
I miss oceans, and mountains, and trees, and lakes, and beaches, and much more.
But the lightning shows, wide open plains, and amber waves of grain do have its own attractions too.
I would rather raise my kids here and have them raise thiers here, then any other place I have lived.

I have been on my own for two years and just now getting to the point of knowing who I am and what I want free of the wants and desires of others. Kinda a nice feeling.

THOUGH.. lotsa sex would be nice too!

I have been in kansas for over twenty years.. people here are friendlier than those I knew in boston.
I think that they are more sensitive to aggressiveness here and are quicker to go on guard

A hero is someone who is faced with a choice and does the right thing, regardless the cost.

A hero is a mom or dad.

A hero is someone who inspires.

And of course all our military and civil service people too
