Well that stinks

I was not using the app for a while and when I logges back in I had a few missed messages. One I can clearly see (in the message preview) that the woman had provided me her phone number. I can see the 1st 5 or 6 digits and know it's a local number which leads me to believe it was legit and not spam, and wanted me to text or call her.

However, sometime between her sending that message and me returning to the app to find it she had deactivated her profile. And because she had the app will not let me open the message, but simply gives me the notification "user profile deactivated".

I can see her pic, her username, she looks cute and I'd love to be able to view that message and at least get an answer as to whether she's available and still interested and worth getting to know. But try as i might to reach out for support from the app the automated reply system doesn't understand my query.

Anyone here able to offer some help??
