I think I lay out too many cards though...for example DATE#46 Him: So do you like kids? Me: YES! I love kids, I have a 2year old son :) Him *Gulp*....Yeah I hope to have my own kids someday. Me: Yeah Im thinking about adopting a someday...I can't have any more...my son is my miracle. Him: *GULP* Whats that needle for? Why do you need to take a shot? Are you Diabetic? Me: No, Im not diabetic. I actually have this really crazy rare heart condition. Ive had 2 open heart surgeries the last couple years and... Him: ***Gulp***"Im sorry but I cant date you...I mean, you are an awesome girl...but when I get to know someone I get really attached, and it would just hurt too much...well...uh...if I lost you. Goodbye & Good Luck!" Me: *GULP* Why is that guy gulping? lol That is not a bad way to reveal things about yourself, he did ask in your little scenario there, shouldn't he be prepared for whatever you're about to say? You probably only freak out the ones who are easily excitable, and have panic attacks when they learn they missed an episode of CSI: Miami. |

The series was good. I'm glad they released it in a box set recently. I'm just throwing it up as a recommendation up there since they were talking about it. Throwing in my 2 cents Well, I did enjoy it until the end was way too sad that is why i dislike it, not that the series isn't good and you cannot like it :P. The manga ending and anime ending were way different. I still don't like that *SPOILER******* that Yukito just disappeared. |

I have always wodered why they call it falling in love because when you love someone it feels more like something pleasant, not a fall that usually means out of control then hitting and unyeilding surface. Would think floating or takeing wings would make more sense. Love kind of lifts you up usully. I think it is because generally you fall into it, you are in it before you realize it, thus you fell into it was knocked unconscious and awoke not knowing where you were only that you were a love slave..... of course love is hardly that complicated........sometimes |

Air the anime was too sad Air manga > Air anime. Hell, Air animated movie > Air anime. Oh GOD the Movie was just horrible.... A remake of th 12 episodes we just saw? Pfft...was just bad. It was alright but didn't even reach the "ok" spot I know the movie was bad, but i didn't like the series that well either :P. That is why my opinion is still Air Manga< The rest of Air |

NEXT QUESTION: I know I can't have any more kids. Is that something I should tell someone right away? Or am I "jumping the gun" before I even had a chance to see if something may have bloomed out of a relationship? I mean some women can't have kids...and arent aware of this fact, and dont know until years of trying! But I know...so am I obligated to tell this ASAP??? I wouldn't jump him on the first date with, "Guess what! I cannot have kids!" I would wait until he got to know you better, and figured out he really liked you, by this point depending on what type of guy he is, he would either tell you it didn't matter and think about it a little more, or be a jerk and storm off. It really depends on the person. I think if you surprise him way too soon, he has more of a chance of running. |

Start dating a woman even though you knew in advance that she would not be able to have kids??? 
I know this is a tough question for the younger men without kids already. I want to know your thoughts. I have a son, Im lucky. But the doctors told me I couldn't have any more. I feel bad for what ever new relationship I get into because at some point if we got married, I couldn't give him (his own blood)to carry on. I hope whomever I end up with would HAVE to love my son just as their own...but do you think most guys would find this tough to swallow? HONEST opinion PLEASE! You want honesty, eh? Well, I am 19, soon to be 20, and my opinion as a younger guy is, yes it would be something tough to swallow, but the inability to have children does not mean a person is no longer human. Personally yes I would, there are other options, yes it would somewhat be disappointing, but is a relationship solely based on the fact that the two can make children? Honestly, I would have no problem Dating/marrying someone who could not have children.I wouldn't want to date a girl who didn't want children, but a girl who did and could not is definitely fine. I would also like to say, the men who would not date a girl who could not have children are not necessarily scum, or stupid, they want children who are related by blood that badly. It doesn't mean a person doesn't care or anything. |
