Noir (noun): crime fiction featuring hard-boiled cynical characters and bleak sleazy settings
Noir is my absolute favorite genre of film and literature (writing my own right now). Here are a couple of films that I recommend anyone who likes the genre to see. Feel free to add your own as well. Angel Heart -1987- Mickey Rourke Payback -1999- Mel Gibson (also was a film by the name of The Grifters) Dark Passage- 1947- Humphrey Bogart The Usual Suspects -1995- Gabriel Byrne Seven -1995- Brad Pitt Those are just a couple that come to mind at the moment, enjoy! |

Cycle of the Werewolf (a novella he wrote back in 1980. it was what Silverbullet was based (loosely) on)
Gerald's Game Cujo Salem's Lot The Stand (only read half of it and it was stolen, but i loved what i read. would have gotten a new copy, but lately i've been finding it hard to commit to a 1000 page book) Gunslinger (only one out of the Darktower series that i've read) Children of the Corn (short story, but still damned good) |

you definitely need to add more about yourself in your profile. talk about your work, your interests, hobbies, whatever. just take some time to fill it out. usually if its a practically blank profile, it would get passed up

Hurting something or someone that can't defend themselves or not an equal match just tells me there is something wrong with that person's head and is VERY cowardly. It's sick IMO it's actually the 1st sign of being a sociopath. animals are usually the 1st step, then they move up to young childeren |

i love how this all transpired with a note. a NOTE. seriously, how ****ing old is he? jesus, i would give him at least a little credit if he had the balls to SAY it to her, not have it written on a note.
tell her she should get it framed |

a very small minority of the populace is yes. i know several guys that wouldn't date, but would love to nail a black chick just to say that have. its ridiculous and makes me hate humanity even more. more and more of a misanthrope everyday.
of course, i know a couple gals that are the same way, so its not just guys. |

Loved number one... although after seeing some interviews with the Director, I have absolutely no respect for the man. Really indifferent to this sequel. which interview? is it online? |

There's also a comic coming out. Not sure if their doing a series or just one book but since I saw the first one I'd begged for a comic. It's like, the perfect plot line for one! where did you hear about the comic? |
