It is very much part of human nature, plus serves a biological way to mix the genes. Used to think only men cheat, but both genders do. Unlike years gone by, it is much easier to cheat using social media, the internet and cell phones.

Sister went through menopause without drugs. It lasted a few years. She carried a folded hand fan for the hot flashes. Eventually nature took its course and she survived. Breast cancer is always a concern, especially women from 60 to 70 years--give yourself a self exam monthly and clinical mammogram every year and be done with it.

Under settings you can de-activate your account. Since there is no "delete" I would suggest changing your profile as much as possible, like deleting/changing your photo, description, email, etc. That way the personal information you wish to keep private is removed from the server, though not sure if it still exists on a system backup.
