Its always better that the men singles to make the first move. Its always that they have to impress the female folk.

And hence I would always prefer my man to take the initial step.

If guys are not interested in you, that doesn't mean that there is some thing wrong with you.

Why dont you involve any third party , if possible. The has I think has some idea that you are alone and that there is no one who stands by you. And thats why he keeps bugging you.

If he is regularly calling you on the phone, just change your phone card.

If he still harasses you, just tell him straight that you are not interested in him any more and would not like to talk to him.

If he is sensible enough , he would get the signal.
