I'll admit it, I'm one of those girls that worry about their weight. More now than ever.

I worry about my weight for a couple of reasons. In the past 2 years, I've lost 100+ lbs. I've worked very hard at losing the weight and keeping it off. I live in fear of gaining that weight back. When I was heavier, I didn't have confidence in myself. Now, I'm not saying I'm 100% confident, but I have more confidence now than I did.

Another reason I worry about my weight is because it has to do with my performance. I lost the weight by competing in triathlons (life long goal). It is something I thoroughly enjoy and if I gain weight, it doesn't reflect well on my performance in my races.

There's a dueling piano bar that I go to every week and they have a ghost there, but it only comes out when you're in a room by yourself.

I've been told that he hangs out in the basement alot. One of the bartenders said the ghost started playing the piano upstairs and nobody else was there.

I'd seriously love to meet the ghost. I think stuff like this is fascinating.

Yes, they are steep. My personal trainer is $35 a session! Eeek. I've got to look at my budget to see if I can afford him. I really want to be able to afford him 'cause I know he can help me improve my times on my triathlons.

I wanna be happy and not depressed. Christmas always makes me depressed because I'm always alone. I wanna be happy whether it be having someone to hold and love or if I'm by myself again, I wanna be happy with that.
