we will see.

major part of the issue with rape or assault is that what people will accept as being 'evidence' is very slim, unless there is bruising or semen, many will say there is no 'evidence'.

but as mentioned before, circumstantial evidence such as different sources confirming details or timelines, can often be considered enough 'evidence' to at least find reason to suspect.

Someone who was traumatised should remember where she was and who host the party. She should remember who took her home because most would have been trying to leave immediately. Her not remember these things is a huge red flag. The investigators don't believe her for good reasons.

Being a judge isn't the same as being in the military. K isn't out of state or the country getting arrested and have his sargent get him out of trouble the next day without anyone knowing. I've drank beer too. Does that make me a rapist? If k had a drinking problem there would be clear signs of it at his age. He seems healthy for someone his age who has been heavily drinking since a teenager.

further investigation may uncover where it happened, by filling in the gaps of what IS known and asking around. She had the layout of the house and what area it as in. Others who had been to that house may be able to use those details to pin it down.

It will need further investigation to fill some of the gaps she may have difficulty remembering naturally.

probably why she requested that there be further investigation.

Someone might remember a party happening at a house in that area over 3 decades ago? That isn't evidence.

In the last month or so the Canadian PM refused to agree with the idea of renegotiating NAFTA. Of course, the media ran constant news articles of how Canada won't and American manufactures and farmers will loose big time. The Canadian government had until midnight, October 1st to respond or face higher import duties.

Well, guess what????? what I just watched the late news (11:00pm EST) and the Canadian government capitulated at the last minute. The playing field will be a bit more level between our two nations now.

The news and democrat's would go to any lengths to stop our President from achieving his goal of "Leveling the playing field". So this raises the questions:

1. Why were the democrat's and media so opposed to having even trade tariffs?
2. Why did Clinton, Bush and Obama sign or agree to agreements that placed our farmers and industry at such a disadvantage with Canadian competitors? (as well as European, Mexican and Chinese)?

These three presidents were working against our own people!. People keep asking WHY but those that oppose the President never respond!

We can only assume they possess the "Anything to bring down President Trump" is okay irregardless of how it effects our nation!

Democrats can't run on the welfare vote if people are working and supporting themselves. They are clearing trying to damage our country. It appears media has an agenda.

Not remembering where it happened takes away the FBI' s ability to question the host. Not remembering how she got home makes it where the FBI can't question someone who should have noticed her upset. Her friends aren't backing her up. Only people who don't want k confirmed are getting on-board with this crap.

I grew up with a lot of family in law enforcement. They would talk about how to beat a lie detector test. They aren't admissible in court for a reason. Ford was a party girl. Good chance she was sexually assaulted sometime during her party years. But I don't believe it was k. The timing of her wanting to tell is too convenient. I think Ford and some other democrats should be investigated.

Innocent until proven guilty isn't a cliche, it's the law. K hasn't been arrested. There isn't any evidence. All you have is her story that's full of holes and 36 years late.

K has done well for himself to be a sloppy drunk.

I think what you are missing is the point that we took over the country. Immigrants need to fit in.....because keeping separated shows signs they might try to take over.

Yeah, wouldn't that suck..
I mean...being taken over...

Ask the native peoples of this country about that...

My great grandmother is a full blooded Indian. I would ask her but she is dead. We have built a great country and I'm not in favor of letting it be taken over by illegals or socialist just because we took it from the Indians. I feel liberals don't understand that it would turn into a 3rd world country. Some people don't have the mentality to lead. The welfare for all and open borders campaigning should be looked at as traitors.

I am not sure that having those types of nerves under questioning is a good trait for a SCOTUS nominee.

I am also not aware of any source that claims Trump graduated from anywhere 'with honors', just that he managed to graduate, which could mean anything from a C average to above.

http://www.thedp.com/article/2017/02/trump-academics-at-wharton

1968 Wharton graduate Jon Hillsberg added that there was no indication on the 1968 Commencement Program that Trump graduated with any honors. A copy of the program acquired from the Penn Archives lists 20 Wharton award and prize recipients, 15 *** laude recipients, four magna *** laude recipients and two summa *** laude recipients for the Class of 1968. Trump’s name appears nowhere on those lists.

“If he had done well, his name would have shown up,” Foxman said.

Given that there are 366 listed 1968 Wharton graduates on QuakerNet, Penn’s alumni database, the Dean’s List of 56 students represents approximately the top 15 percent of the class. The omission of Trump’s name suggests that his academic record at Penn was not as outstanding as he has claimed.

Do you think he has done well for himself? You are trying to paint him as an underachiever and failing.

At the 4th of July celebration a Mexican yelled Mexico after the finale. He definitely isn't trying to become an American.

I dont agree. I think President Trump is popular because he represents alot of what many bigoted and/or uneducated people truly feel about 'others' like immigrant, muslims, women, and blacks. I think he is popular because of the myth that wealth comes from merit and intelligence, which gives him a pass on anything and everything that others would be crucified for.

I think he is popular because he is a Billionaire who expresses openly the things that those same bigoted and/or uneducated people felt 'oppressed' about expressing and he represents a push to return to some IDEAL of a GREAT AMERICA where wealthy white males had their place of superiority and privilege over everyone else.

I think his 'not one of them' used car salesman rhetoric has worked very well for him, despite the more likely scenario that he partially became a billionaire by playing the game as 'one of them'. BUt then, like he said when he was asked why just two terms previous to his run he swore what a GREAT president Hilary would be ... he tends to just say stuff and see what sticks, and the country has been dumbed down enough and civics watered down in our education system, that most are just unaware enough to follow whatever he claims, for the sake of having their fantasy of privilege and greatness restored.

but that is just my opinion.

Me and Kanye support him so that discredits that theory.  Africa is a shithole and stormy is a prostitute. It doesn't make him racist or sexist. You shouldn't believe everything the liberal media says. :nerd:

Friendship, dating and relationship. These three definitions are all different. However, a person can have all three of these things in One parnter.

Friendship doesn't mean dating.

Dating doesn't mean a relationship.

Relationship means a commitment.

I prefer to date to see if there is a Possibility of a monogamous relationship.

Dating for Me is platonic,. Which is not the Norm for Many people !

It's people who are following the same thinking as the media who are sheep.

K is completely normal for being upset that a scammer has ruined his reputation and put his family through hell. I would say he was very controlled considering the circumstances.

Wasn't it just last week he gave a long speech about trade and of course questions about k? He said plenty of time to reporters. I don't see him shying away from media.

I think it's a bad idea to buy as long as Trump is in office. The economy is great and it's inflating home value. If he isn't re-elected we will see an economic downturn. Homes will become cheaper for those who still have a job.

They need to pass a law that slander doesn't mean anything in politics, only real criminal cases. That would put an end to all the b.s.

yesterday, I saw that piggly wiggly is taking applications. That's great. Those jobs are more for teenagers trying to earn spending money. In the past they've been tied up by adults trying to survive. It's a good indicator that the economy is doing well when adults can get good jobs that support their families, and teens can work for spending money. Trump 2020
