In my opinion it depends on the person. When I was 20 I dated a guy who was 30. My latest ex was 24(I am 23) and he was way more mature than the 30 year old in a lot of aspects. Though for me it seems men under my age are usually to immature for my taste...

Just like no two women are looking for the same qualities in a man, men are not looking for the exact qualities in a woman. Know your own qualities that you can bring to a relationship and hope to find someone looking for those qualities. Eh, easier said than done though, right? =)
