well i quit smokin about 5 months ago and started to eat everything that was not nailed down....gained 14 pounds (ugh) so now i eat one big meal a day and maybe a light snack...so breakfast? 2 maybe 3 cups of coffee a day... back down 5 pounds! 9 to go...
