what part of my profile do I submit "conditions or restrictions" can't seem to find it

Is there a way of recovering emails? I was emailing this member yesterday and this morning her profile came up "deactivated". Now and hour or so later it's backup "activated", but all our emails from last night disappeared. Can I recover the emails?
