Happy

I walk along a road to nowhere
As I walk I grow old
I am unaware of my surroundings
People all around are staring
I wonder if this is just a nightmare
How much farther is it till nowhere
Will the road ever end
My footsteps start to get smaller
And I start moving slower
I start to become aware of my exhaustion
I feel the tears slip down my face
I wonder "why me"
I walk another mile hoping it will be the last
My bare feet are bleeding and raw from the gravel
My naked skin is burned and blistered from the sun and heat
I fall to the ground
I'm lying there staring into the darkness
Wondering if this is finally the end
Hoping and wishing it is
My breathing gets shallow
I'm gone
My nightmare has ended
I've made it to nowhere

This is a summer chicken casserole that is really tasty!!
My dad loves it :)

2 cups cooked chicken - or more - I cut mine in 2 inch pieces
1 - 8oz. Carton of sour cream
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. Chili powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 cup grated chedder cheese
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
med. size bag of Doritos, crushed


Grease or spray a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover bottom of the dish with half of the crushed Doritos. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and place on Doritos. Put remainder of crushed Doritos on top of this. Add cheese on top. Ready to bake :) back a 350 degrees for 30 - 40 mins.
